On December 12, Guangbo Group human resources training series course, "from profession to professional management", was held in the company's lecture hall. There're over 70 department heads attended the training.

The lecturer explained manager's role orientation, professional ethic, professional  qualification, responsibility consciousness, career attitude and professional team on improving manager's professional ethic and professional quality in a simple way. Clear theory, readable,  vivid case, witty remarks and interesting inserted activity fully mobilize the students' enthusiasm and initiative for studying. In the course of training, the students actively participated in the activity, participated in discussions and actively spoke. The atmosphere was very active. 

The customized training program for middle-level cadres received the expected ideal effect, effectively unified the thought of the company's management, will benefit the work in future.
